Summary
This instrument is organized on the basis of social behaviors at different ages. It can be used to assess children from birth through age five. It is a quick checklist for caregivers in order to obtain children's psychosocial development through their social interaction with the environment. Adult caregivers complete the checklist based on their observation.

The instrument is available in English and Chinese. This checklist could be administered by a professional care provider or an adult caregiver who is familiar with the child's social interactive behaviors.
