Early Intervention Advocates' Network NOTEBOOK is a publication of Mental Health Law Project. Members of the EI Network receive documents for an EI Advocate's Notebook, including a basic guide to Part H. Alerts and issue papeers have described steps to build an advocacy campaign, participate in development of states' fourth year development applications, replicate successful state legislative campaigns, and promote adequate procedural safeguards. An organization or agency can subscribe for $35; individual subscription is $20.
