Early Childhood Notes & News appears quarterly. It is published by the Illinois State Board of Education, Division of Early Childhood and Primary Level Support, in conjunction with the Illinois Resource Center. This newsletter provides information for early childhood staff and families. Sample topics include involving parents in education, the importance of play in child development, and emergent literacy.
