Sea Center Wave
Sea Center Wave is a newsletter published quarterly by Exceptional Family Support, Education, and Advocacy Center of North Carolina, Inc. It provides support and information to families of children with special needs and disabilities, professionals who serve them, and their communities, in order to increase quality of life, acceptance, and inclusion for all children.
